Our Approach

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more user-friendly for everyone.

Accessibility Tools On This Site

Every page has an accessibility toolbar — look for the round accessibility icon on the left edge of the screen. It gives you control over:

• Text size (three levels: Larger, Larger+, and Largest Text)
• Grayscale display
• High contrast mode
• Inverted colors
• A simplified light background
• Underlined links
• A more readable font

Your choices are saved in your browser, so they carry over the next time you visit. A one-click Reset button clears everything back to the default view.

Additional Accessibility Features

• A "Skip to content" link for keyboard users, so you can bypass the header and navigation on every page.
• A menu built to work with keyboards and screen readers, not just a mouse.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
• Clear heading structure and semantic HTML throughout the site.
